When a platform was needed to be accessible with a consistent structure to streamline user experience, my team reinvented the Value Pack hub with a mission to support the efforts of more that 60 cross-functional team members from Bristol Myers Squibb.
Collaborated with many teams to recognize the functional mission and creative direction required for a successful platform.
Translated the concerns, data, content, and objectives to focus on a cohesive, well designed and user-friendly product.
Coordinated creative objectives, functional UX/UI design, and scripted instuctional support and story boards, to create a visual and content rich Value Pack platform.
Another successful launch of a user-friendly portal, instructional video, user guides, and email campaigns supporting the Value Pack website.
As the Creative Director for an agency of record for Bristol Myers Squibb, I led my team in translating the ask into a cohesive, graphic, and user-friendly Value Pack platform supporting managers and their many requirements. Working with key, cross-functional team members, internal and external project support, the goal was to unify usability with simplicity, ease-of-use, delivered with on-brand identity.
After successfully launching the Value Pack portal, the strategy was far from complete. To generate excitement, provide valuable information, and demonstrate real-world application, I managed teams, oversaw project management, and designed training manuals, email campaigns, and promotional videos to support the new platform.
