Creatively rallying the troops with emPOWerment 

Armed with a sharp design vision and a relentless drive for innovation, we partnered with the project leaders (heros) at Bristol Myers Squibb to motivate their ARMs. Our mission was to rally the team around a new program launch, infusing excitement and focus on the task's significance. Through creative strategies, we not only energized the launch but also built a strong sense of unity, leadership, and camaraderie within the team, ensuring everyone was aligned and empowered for success.

By crafting all the art, photography, scripts, onboarding emails, and team-building swag, we ensured the Armed & Empowered portal launch for BMS Access Support was a resounding success.
